Lions International Peace Poster Contest which was aimed to encourage children, ages 11-13, to creatively express the theme “Kindness Matters” was held on 12 October, 2013 at Chung Ching Middle School Hall. Around 30 students from neighbouring schools took part in the contest which was organised by Lions Club International.
Second and third places were won by students from Chung Ching Middle School. Tong Siew Kim won from Yr7 won second place while Charlotte Lay Ago How also from yr7 bagged the third place.
